ClearBand 10x Phosphate-Buffered Saline with Tween® 20 (PBST) is a balanced salt solution which is used for especially western blotting and ELISA procedures. ClearBand PBST enables washing without disturbing antibody-antigen binding interactions. ClearBand PBST does not contain calcium and magnesium.  ClearBand 10x PBST should be diluted to 1x working solution. 1x formulation contains 0.05% Tween 20. ClearBand 10x PBST is prepared with ultra pure water, filter sterilized and autoclaved.
