| Storage and shipping | Reconstitute using sterile distilled water or PBS, adding glycerol to a final concentration of 10%. Recap the vial and vortex. After vortexing, centrifuge the solution. To use, heat the reconstituted lysate at 100 degree C for 10min, cool, then load onto gel. The lyophilized product can be stored at-20 to -80 degree C for up to 10 years without functional compromise. If not using the entire reconstituted volume immediately, it is recommended to store as single-use aliquots to minimize future freeze-thaw cycles. |
